Prior to transitioning to real estate, Leonela worked in the Cruise Ship industry for 8 years which exposed her to the high-class treatment of passengers. Within her high energy and engaging role as an entertainer for the youth and children, she worked alongside the cruise staff to ensure the provision of the best entertainment for all the individuals and families on board. Having dealt with people with different personalities from around the globe, Leonela developed great people skills that enabled her to easily analyze situations and determine the best approach to solving issues and problems proactively and resourcefully. Coupled with her very strong work ethic and can-do accommodating nature, this makes her a top realtor in the industry.

Leonela has trained with top experts, starting out her real estate profession in one of the best teams in the Greater Vancouver Board – The Medallion Member team led by Adam Lloyd, owner and CEO of Stonehaus Brokerage. As the recipient of amazing mentorship from this exceptional team and experienced support, Leonela decided to move on as a solo agent and founded the Victory Real Estate Group to further propagate her mission to facilitate her clients’ success through realty. Through this great platform, she endeavours to inspire people and prove to them that VICTORY is certainly theirs.

Innovating and always improving, Leonela seeks to add value to every Gem (Client) and serve the ultimate Real Estate Experience. She plans to become a philanthropist for those who cannot speak for themselves or have less means than the rest of the society. Leonela has a big heart for abused less fortunate children and is in the process of forming a non-profit charity to give back to the community by working with children facing abuse. Her focus is to create awareness regarding this injustice with the aim of helping stop this global crisis. She is certainly a true believer in the use of positions of leadership to give back and help those who didn’t get the chance.

Also a proud wife and a mother of one, Leonela enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling whenever she is free. She also leverages her earnings to give back to mission work at her local home church for missionaries working in tough areas as well as helping families and children with the love of the Gospel.
