Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Chad Lamirande brings a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. Before entering real estate, Chad spent 13 years in banking, including 10 years as a branch manager with one of Canada’s “Big 5” banks. This extensive financial background gives him unique insight into the buying and selling process, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Chad is a dedicated husband and father of two. He loves spending time with his family, taking his kids to their activities, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
