Simon Lee
Simon is a lifelong Vancouver resident whose professional background is rooted in large-scale community operations and social services. By developing community programs, leading teams, and cultivating the partnerships and systems for a new 18,000-square-foot integrated health services and wellness facility, he refined his process-driven approach to balancing complex projects with human dynamics.
With over eight years of firsthand experience as a landlord and property manager, Simon navigates the practical and regulatory challenges of Greater Vancouver real estate. He views property management as a form of stewardship, setting clear, transparent expectations that protect the owner’s investment while ensuring residents are treated fairly.
Beyond day-to-day management, Simon has direct experience navigating Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) arbitrations, coordinating bailiffs for property recovery, enforcing monetary orders through small claims court, and overseeing total restoration insurance claims. His objective is to protect his clients’ equity and time by providing steady, reliable oversight.
Outside of real estate, Simon volunteers with local organizations, has traveled to over 20 countries, and spends his time exploring the outdoors. He also has a competitive background in a diverse range of sports, including powerlifting, judo, and competing at the Cheerleading World Championships in Orlando, Florida.
